srp: Prvo Dunavsko Parobrodarsko Društvo eng: First Danube Steamboat Company The building of the Representative Office of the First Danube Steamboat Company in Belgrade was built between 1924 and 1926, It was designed by Alexander Popp, bringing early modernist and expressionist architectural influences from Vienna to Dorćol area of the city. The front inscription “PRVO DUNAVSKO PAROBRODARSKO DRUŠTVO” is carved in geometric, early-modernist architectural lettering typical of the mid-1920s.
